1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using the Glowlife website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. These terms do not replace any separate written agreement we may sign with you for the delivery of consulting services; where the two differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by Glowlife, a consulting studio based at killnadsgatan 32, 111 51 Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Glowlife.
3. Information on the Site
The content of our Site is provided for general information about our work and services. While we take care to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about completeness, accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose. Anything you read here is offered as a starting point for a conversation, not as professional advice tailored to your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site in a lawful and considerate manner. In particular, you agree not to:

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form is not, by itself, the formation of a consulting contract. A binding contract is only created when both parties sign a written engagement document or accept terms in writing by email. We may decline to take on a project at our discretion, for example where we believe we are not the right team for the work.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Swedish or European law.
9. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time we may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. We will not be liable to you if the Site is unavailable for any period.
